LEH, Dec 15: Colonel (Retd) Lobzang Neema has been appointed as Director Sainik Welfare Department-cum-Secretary Rajaya Sainik Board Ladakh with immediate effect.
An order in this regard was issued today by the Home Department of Ladakh UT Administration.
As per the order, the engagement shall be for a period of three years and can be further extended for another for another two years. He shall draw the salary fixed on the last pay drawn by him from the Defence Services.
