Night trials of Agni-5 nuclear-capable ballistic missile carried out successfully

According to reports, India has successfully carried out night trials for the Agni-5 nuclear-capable ballistic missile. The NCBM is capable of hitting targets at a range of over 5,000 kilometers, reports ANI.

The night trials are necessary to validate new technology on the missile, as well as new equipment added to the NCBM. Reports suggest that the range of the missile can be further improved based on the results of the testing.
