The distributor of water and fire protection products reported strong third-quarter financial results.

Joann Inc., down 41 cents to $3.98. The craft supplies and fabrics retailer reported disappointing third-quarter financial results and suspended its dividend.

Raytheon Technologies Corp., up 33 cents to $99.89.

The defense contractor announced a $6 billion stock buyback program.

Moderna Inc., up $32.41 to $197.54.

The drug developer and partner Merck gave investors an encouraging update on a potential skin cancer vaccine.

EVgo Inc., down 2 cents to $5.43.

The electric vehicle charging station network announced a new partnership with Lyft.

Trimble Inc., down $3.75 to $55.03.

The software and services technology company is buying German cloud-based transportation management company Transporeon.

Photronics Inc., up 71 cents to $19.18.

The electronics imaging company beat analysts' fiscal fourth-quarter earnings forecasts.
