NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the red on Monday amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.
Stocks that rallied over 10% included, BLB Ltd.(13.38%), Jai Balaji Inds(11.11%), Nectar Lifesc(10.85%), SecMark Consultancy(10.41%), Aki India(10.0%), Tips .(10.0%), Narmada Gelatine(10.0%) and IndiaNivesh Ltd(10.0%).
The 30-share Sensex traded 77.49 points down at 62104.18, while the 50-share Nifty index fell 21.75 points to 18474.85.
In the Nifty 50 index, 22 stocks traded in the green, while 28 stocks were in the red.
Stocks such as , , , G S Auto and hit their fresh 52-week high, while , , , and touched their new 52-week low in trade.
