Traffic restrictions announced in Mumbai for G-20 summit

MUMBAI: The Mumbai Traffic Police have announced traffic restrictions for the G-20 summit.
Western suburbs
The arrival, departure, residence and meeting place of G-20 summit members is at Hotel Grand Hyatt in Kalina, Santacruz East. The following restrictions have been imposed from 1am on December 12 to 4pm on December 16.
  • No entry and no parking for all vehicles, excluding emergency service vehicles, coming from Hanuman temple, Nehru Road to Vakola pipeline towards Hotel Grand Hyatt.
  • No entry and no parking for all vehicles, excluding emergency service vehicles, coming from old CST Road to Hotel Grand Hyatt Road towards Hotel Grand Hyatt.
  • No entry and no parking for all vehicles, excluding emergency service vehicles, coming from Patuck College junction to Hotel Grand Hyatt Road (Chhatrapati Shivaji Nagar Road) towards Hotel Grand Hyatt.

South Mumbai
Members of the G-20 summit are visiting Hotel Taj Palace on December 13 which may lead to considerable traffic congestion on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Marg, P Ramchandani Marg, BK Boman Behram Marg, Adam Street and Mahakavi Bhushan Marg. The following traffic arrangements will be implemented from 12 noon to 11.30pm.
  • The stretch of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Marg from the junction of Regal Cinema will be closed for all types of traffic, except emergency vehicles proceeding on both bounds.
  • The stretch of Adam Street between Boman Behram Road junction and Mahakavi Bhushan Marg junction shall be closed for all vehicles, except emergency vehicles.
  • The stretch of Mandlik Street to Boman Behram Road shall be closed for all vehicles, except emergency vehicles.
  • The stretch of Shahid Bhagat Singh Marg to Mahakavi Bhushan Marg junction shall be closed for all vehicles, except emergency vehicles.
  • The stretch of Bombay Presidency Club (Radio Club) to Adam Street junction shall be closed for all vehicles, except emergency vehicles.
