The students — tao from Bihar and one from MP — died by suicide in Rajasthan's Kota, media reported on Monday.

The deceased from Bihar were identified as Ankush Anand (18), a NEET aspirant, and resident of Supaul district and Ujjwal Kumar (17), a JEE aspirant from Gaya district. Pranav Verma (17), the MP boy, was a NEET aspirant.

No suicide notes have been found yet, police told mediapersons.

Both Bihar students were found hanging from fans in their respective rooms. The case was reported from Talwandi area under Jawahar Nagar police station.

The MP native, on the other hand, allegedly consumed some poisonous substance in his hostel under Kunhari police station area.

Anand and Kumar had been preparing for their entrance exams in the same coaching institute of the city for around two years, police said.

Inquiry conducted so far has revealed that both the Bihar natives had been irregular in attending coaching classes for some time and were likely falling behind in studies. The resultant stress might have driven them to take the extreme step, police said.

Pranav Verma had been taking coaching classes for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) NEET for the last couple of years, police informed.
