HYDERABAD: Soon after launching the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), party president K Chandrasekhar Rao is now focusing on having a new national team which will handle Delhi party affairs.
Party sources said the national team will be constituted with senior leaders like K Keshava Rao, B Vinod Kumar, K Kavitha, Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, G Ranjit Reddy, ex-mayor of Karimnagar Sardar Ravinder Singh and young leaders like M Krishank, who speak English and Hindi with ease.

KCR has already announced that he would be inaugurating the BRS office in Delhi on December 14 when he is likely to announce party coordinators.
Some other leaders have also been identified who can speak other regional languages apart from Telugu. They will be given specific roles in the new party.
For instance, Zaheerabad MP BB Patil speaks both Marathi and Kannada as his constituency shares borders with both Maharashtra and Karnataka. Similarly, BRS MLA from Narayanpet S Rajender Reddy speaks Kannada fluently as his constituency shares borders with Karnataka.
Apart from appointing a national team, KCR is also planning to appoint states' coordinators instead of presidents for 28 state units. To begin with, KCR is likely to appoint coordinators for important states such as Maharashtra, Karnataka, Delhi, Haryana and Punjab.
The BRS chief reportedly offered Karnataka coordinator post to actor Prakash Raj as he speaks many languages, including English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil and even Malayalam. But, sources said, he sought time on this. Sources said the actor may also be drafted into the national team.
Meanwhile, KCR is likely to hold his first meeting with farmers in Maharashtra to launch party's kisan wing. "The first meeting of BRS will be held in Maharashtra in the Vidarbha region where a large number of farmer suicides has been reported. The plan is to have one meeting in each state," a senior BRS leader said. Interestingly, there has been a demand from Vidarbha to grant a separate state.
