Ronil Sarkar murder case: Cops to recover deleted chats
Kanpur: The Police will sought a software from Bengaluru to recover deleted chat contents in Ronil Sarkar murder case.
Ronil, a student of class XII at the Virendra Swarup Education Center in Shyam Nagar, Chakeri went missing on Oct 31 while returning home from school and was found murdered on Nov 1 morning in the jungles on the side of the railway track near Bhagwant Tatiya in Shyamnagar.
“Some of the contents of the chat were retrieved and on the basis of which the police arrested Vikas Yadav, who used to work in a garments shop in the Chakeri area. It had come to fore through the retrieved chat content that on June 6 he had given an advance of Rs 20,000 for killing someone,” said the police.
Joint Commissioner of Police Anand Prakash Tiwari said that the experts are now realizing the need for a software, after which further chats will be retrieved.
