Rush for booze bottles dropped on road

Rajkot: There was a mad rush of people to pick up bottles from a bag on Yagnik Road on Friday. Apparently, those were liquor bottles that had fallen off a motorcycle. Police scanned the CCTV footage and nabbed Altab Hothi (41), a driver with the Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC). Hothi told police that he had brought the bottles from Rajasthan during his recent trip on the Rajkot-Nathdwara route. He was on his way home with the bag of bottles on his bike when the bag slipped and fell down. tnn
