Godrej Properties shares decline 0.52% as Sensex slides

Shares of the . traded at Rs 1293.75 on BSE at 12:23PM (IST) on Friday, down 0.52 per cent from previous close.

The scrip quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 1130.2 and a high of Rs 2124.45.

Earlier, shares of the company saw a gap up opening in the morning.

A total of 3,890 lakh shares changed hands on the counter till 12:23PM (IST).

The stock of Godrej Properties Ltd. commands a market value of Rs 35968.96 crore.

The stock traded at a price-to-earning (P/E) multiple of 89.94, while the price-to-book value ratio stood at 5.36. Return on equity (ROE) was at 4.06 per cent, according to exchange data.

In the BSE500 pack, 221 stocks traded in the green, while 279 stocks were in the red.

Promoters held 58.48 per cent in the Godrej Properties Ltd. as of 30-Sep-2022 while overseas and domestic institutional investors owned 29.94 per cent and 4.54 per cent, respectively.
