Congress credits Priyanka Gandhi Himachal Pradesh Assembly Elections win

Congress returned to power bagging 40 out of 68 seats in the recently concluded Assembly Elections. The Congress has credited Gandhi family especially Priyanka Gandhi Vadra for their win in the Himachal Pradesh. Speaking about the victory, Himachal Pradesh Congress President Pratibha Virbhadra Singh said, “I had gone to the ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ and said Rahul Gandhi that we are going to win Himachal Pradesh. Priyanka Gandhi spent lot of time in Himachal Pradesh following which Congress got a huge benefit in the state. People have recognized the developmental works done by the Gandhi family for Himachal Pradesh and supported accordingly.
