Stock market update: Fertilisers stocks down as market falls

NEW DELHI: Fertilisers stocks were trading lower on Friday at 10:24AM

KRISHANA(up 1.32%), Agro Phos(up 0.13%) and Sikko Industries(up 0.04%) were among the top gainers.

Fertilizers & Chemicals Tranvancore(down 4.33%), Madras Fertlizers(down 3.56%), Southern Petrochemicals Industries(down 2.08%), National Fertilizer(down 2.06%), & Fertilizers(down 1.32%), & Fertilizers(down 1.24%), & Fertilizers(down 1.08%), Bohra Industries(down 1.06%), G S F C(down 0.91%) and Fertilizers (down 0.69%) were among the top losers.

The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 8.45 points down at 18600.9, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 87.36 points at 62483.32 at around 10:24AM.

IndusInd Bank(up 1.78%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone(up 1.38%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries(up 1.2%), Nestle India(up 1.03%), Eicher Motors(up 0.83%), ITC(up 0.72%), NTPC(up 0.7%), Kotak Mahindra Bank(up 0.69%), Hindustan Unilever(up 0.65%) and Grasim Industries(up 0.64%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.

On the other hand, HCL Technologies(down 5.38%), Tech Mahindra(down 1.82%), Infosys(down 1.63%), Wipro(down 0.95%), UPL Ltd(down 0.88%), Tata Consultancy(down 0.5%), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(down 0.42%), Bajaj Finserv(down 0.32%), HDFC LIFE INSURANCE(down 0.29%) and Reliance Industries(down 0.24%) were trading in the red.
