The NSE Nifty index traded 41.3 points up at 18601.8, while BSE Sensex was up 140.32 points at 62551.0 as of 10:14AM(IST)on December 08.
In the Nifty index, .(up 1.60 per cent), .(up 1.36 per cent), Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(up 1.25 per cent), .(up 1.13 per cent) and Mahindra & .(up 1.03 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, .(down 3.28 per cent), .(down 0.97 per cent), .(down 0.63 per cent), .(down 0.61 per cent) and .(down 0.57 per cent) were among the top losers.
