Tamil Nadu: Firms invited to showcase products at Elecrama 2023

CHENNAI: The Indian Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers' Association (IEEMA) has invited startups in the electrical and allied manufacturing arena in Tamil Nadu to showcase their product at the international expo, Elecrama, to be held in Greater Noida in February, 2023.
Speaking to the media in the city on Tuesday, key persons of IEEMA said that Chennai is one of the major manufacturing hubs of electrical and electronic appliances and that those who have innovated in the field can showcase their product in the expo in order to get funds to develop it further.
Jitendra Agarwal, chairman, Elecrama 2023, said that those working in the renewable energy sector including the e-mobility sector can apply for participation. "We anticipate 500 entries and 12 of them will be shortlisted to participate at IEEMA. The winning start-up will get ₹10 lakh cash reward too," he said.
