Shriram Trans Fin share price up 2.25 per cent

Shares of . traded 2.25 per cent up at Rs 1355.0 at around 10:20AM (IST) on Wednesday. The stock had closed at Rs 1325.15 in the previous session. Equity benchmark Sensex traded 92.03 points higher at 62718.39 around the same time.


The scrip has declined 7.41 per cent in the last one year till date, while the 30-share index has gained 8.73 per cent during the same period.

The stock's 52-week high price stood at Rs 1531.45 and the 52-week low price at Rs 1002.5.

Trading volume on the counter stood at 14,014 shares, while it quoted a price-to-earnings ratio of 9.6, an EPS value of 140.96 and a price-to-book value of 1.18. In the Nifty50 pack, 20 stocks traded in the green, while 30 stocks were in the red.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 29.3 per cent stake in the company as of 30-Jun-2022, while overseas investor and MF ownership stood at 49.97 per cent and 6.42 per cent, respectively.

Key Financials
For the quarter ended 30-Sep-2022, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 5351.28 crore, up 3.92 per cent from the previous quarter's Rs 5149.26 crore and up 13.79 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 4702.81 crore. The company reported net profit of Rs 1069.52 crore for the latest quarter.
