3 enter jewellery store, shoot at owner

Gurgaon: Three masked men barged into a jewellery store in Om Nagar area of Sector 11 and pumped three bullets into the owner after he resisted their attempts to snatch his phone on Tuesday evening. A police team was rushed to the store after someone dialled the cops. Trilok Soni (49), the store owner, was rushed to Medanta hospital, where he is undergoing treatment. Krishan Kumar, the SHO of Shivaji Nagar police station, said preliminary investigation suggested that the three men had wanted to loot the store, Shiv Jewellers. TNN
