Jyoti Structures(up 5.00%), Energy Development Company(up 4.95%), KEC International(up 4.09%), Suzlon Energy-Partly Pd up Right Is(up 3.97%), Suzlon Energy(up 3.50%), RTNPOWER(up 2.30%), DPSC(up 2.27%), Adani Transmissions(up 1.72%), Tata Power Company(up 1.56%) and Orient Green Power Company(up 1.55%) were among the top gainers.
PIGL(down 4.95%), Limited(down 2.24%), Inox wind(down 1.96%), KPI Green Energy(down 1.73%), Torrent Power(down 1.37%), Transmission(down 0.79%), Indowind Energy(down 0.70%), Indo Tech Transformers(down 0.54%), NLC India(down 0.45%) and Power Grid Corporation of India(down 0.02%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 66.65 points down at 18634.4, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 233.32 points at 62601.28 at around 10:50AM.
Adani Enterprises(up 2.58%), Hindustan Unilever(up 1.31%), Bajaj Finance(up 0.75%), Britannia Industries(up 0.67%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone(up 0.63%), SBI Life(up 0.46%), Axis Bank(up 0.43%), Tata Motors(up 0.31%), Mahindra & Mahindra(up 0.29%) and NTPC(up 0.2%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Hindalco Industries(down 2.04%), Tata Steel(down 1.81%), JSW Steel(down 1.45%), Hero MotoCorp(down 1.43%), HCL Technologies(down 1.39%), Infosys(down 1.3%), Dr Reddys Laboratories(down 1.27%), UPL Ltd(down 1.25%), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(down 1.22%) and Eicher Motors(down 1.21%) were trading in the red.
