American rapper Kanye West is at it again! After being kicked out of Twitter for the second time in recent months, the 45-year-old rapper has now made some remarks regarding the microblogging platform’s CEO, Elon Musk.
West, who now goes by the name Ye, took to photo-sharing platform, Instagram, to share his theory on Musk’s origin, or intelligence.
The rapper asked his 18.4 million followers on Instagram if they also think that Musk could be half Chinese? Well, many considered it as a “dig” against the world’s richest man, the SpaceX chief responded to West's remake on Monday and called it a “compliment”.
"Am I the only one who thinks Elon could be half Chinese? Have you ever seen his pics as a child? Take a Chinese genius and mate them with South African super model and we have an Elon," West wrote on Instagram, adding that he said “an Elon” because he thinks there were probably around 30 Elons before the “first genetic hybrid” passed.
"I say an Elon because they probably made 10 to 30 Elons and he is the first genetic hybrid that stuck .. Well let's not forget about Obama," West added.
On Monday morning, Musk was quizzed about West’s remark, to which the Twitter CEO replied saying “I take that as a compliment!”
West has been suspended from Twitter for violating the microblogging site's rules against incitement to violence for his controversial comments on Jews, and praise for the Nazis and Adolf Hitler.
On Thursday, a user requested Musk with a tweet saying, “Musk Fix Kanye Please.” The 51-year-old responded by saying “I tried my best. Despite that, he again violated our rule against incitement to violence. Account will be suspended.” The musician's Twitter account was suspended almost immediately after.
Not only this, West has earlier also tweeted some anti-semetic comments which made him restrictive on microblogging platform.
