Rashtriya Lok Dal accuses Centre of selling ‘big’ PSUs

Jaipur: In a scathing attack on Central government, Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) national general secretary Trilok Tyagi on Wednesday said that two Gujaratis at the Centre are selling the country’s big Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) while two other Gujaratis are buying these organisations.
Tyagi was talking to the media at the residence of Subhash Garg, minister of state for technical education and the only RLD MLA supporting Congress government in the state. Continuing his attack, Tyagi said that BJP only does politics in the name of Muslims, Pakistan, and terrorism. “This (BJP) party knows only three things...Muslims, Pakistan, and terrorism. It does politics only on three things. They don’t do anything else besides this and it tries to fix a set agenda. Neither there is improvement in education nor employment and farmers’ welfare.”
Tyagi added, that there is propaganda going on to spread lies as unemployment in the country is at its peak.
“It is the first government which has stopped giving the figures related to unemployment. It is doing Start Up India, Skill India and god knows what schemes they are running. They are new Englishmen born in India,” he said. Tyagi said that on December 23, the birth anniversary of former prime minister Chaudhary Charan Singh, would be celebrated as Farmer’s Day.
