
India's services exports and imports in October fell from the previous month, data from the central bank showed today.
Services exports in October stood at $25.38 billion, down from $28.03 billion in September, Reserve Bank of India's data showed. Services imports in October slipped to $13.49 billion from $16.12 billion a month earlier.
However, services exports and imports rose 24.6% and 15.9%, respectively, from the year-earlier period.
The monthly data on services are provisional and are likely to undergo revision when the Balance of Payments (BoP) data are released on a quarterly basis.
