Jaipur: A 22-year-old youth was kidnapped and later beaten to death allegedly by six persons including his cousin at Rahuvas village under Dausa’s Ramgarh Pachwara police station area on Friday evening. It was found that the deceased who was the cousin of the main accused used foul language against his sister which led to the murder. The main accused along with his five aides was arrested by the police when they were looking for an isolated place to bury the body.
According to the police, some locals intimated the police control room about a suspicious car that came towards Rahuvas village on Friday evening. When the team of senior police officers reached the spot, they were stunned to find a mutilated body in the car’s back seat.
“Six persons in the car were detained and interrogated. One of the detained persons identified as Kismat Meena (25) informed the police that the deceased Prakash Meena (22) was his cousin,” said a senior police officer of Ramgarh Pachwara police station on Saturday.
“Kismat stated that Prakash had been using foul language against his sister for a long time and even spoke to her indecently over the phone, leading to the crime,” the officer said.
Prakash was kidnapped from Bamanwas police station area of Sawai Madhopur on Friday noon. “Later, he was beaten to death at an isolated place by the six assailants. During late evening they were looking for a place to bury the body when villagers spotted their vehicle,” the officer said. Police added that the post-mortem was done on Saturday. A case of kidnap and murder was lodged against six persons and they were taken in a police remand on Saturday.
