No fresh Covid cases or deaths reported in Ludhiana district for 2nd consecutive day

Ludhiana: No positive case of Covid-19 was reported on the second consecutive day in Ludhiana on Friday.
Local health department officials said that till now, the total number of Covid cases in the district was 1,13,622, along with 3,018 deaths. Of the total patients, 1,10,602 patients have recovered, and there are two active cases in the district, both in home isolation. With this, the Covid-recovery rate of Ludhiana is 97.34%.
The department added that 160 samples were taken on the day, taking the total number of Covid tests conducted in the district to 40,37,254. tnn
