JMC-H to verify attendance of cleaning employees

Jaipur: JMC-Heritage Commissioner on Wednesday instructed all the zone deputy commissioners to ensure complete cleanliness and cross-check the attendance marking with actual presence of sweepers on the ground.
Officials said strict action would be taken against employees repeatedly found absent.
The corporation has started working rigorously on maintaining cleanliness after the high court pulled up the civic authorities earlier this month.
“After identification, notices will be issued to employees who are found to be not working, but if there is no improvement, then their salaries will be withheld. Ward in-charges must share geo-tagged pictures regularly after reviewing the cleanliness situation in the city. The cleanliness system of the wards will be monitored daily,” said Vishram Meena, commissioner, JMC-Heritage. TNN
