Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals(up 4.27%), KCP Sugar & Industries(up 2.88%), Mawana Sugars(up 2.57%), Uttam Sugar Mills(up 1.69%), Dharani Sugars & Chemicals(up 1.40%), Vishwaraj Sugar Industries(up 1.23%), DCM Shriram Industries(up 1.23%), & Industries(up 0.97%), Ugar Sugar Works(up 0.50%) and K.M.Sugar Mills(up 0.19%) were among the top gainers.
Rana Sugars(down 2.16%), Shree Renuka Sugars(down 1.64%), Dhampur Sugar Mills(down 1.18%), BAJAJHIND(down 0.90%), Balrampur Chini Mills(down 0.79%), EID Parry(down 0.77%), Dalmia Bharat Sugar & Industries(down 0.77%), Dwarikesh Sugar Industries(down 0.69%), Sakthi Sugars(down 0.44%) and MAGADHSUGAR(down 0.41%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 55.25 points down at 18354.4, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 165.68 points at 61815.04 at around 11:20AM.
Larsen & Toubro(up 2.55%), TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS(up 2.33%), HDFC LIFE INSURANCE(up 0.66%), ICICI Bank(up 0.56%), UPL Ltd(up 0.54%), Power Grid Corporation of India(up 0.41%), UltraTech Cement(up 0.39%), Hero MotoCorp(up 0.39%), ITC(up 0.29%) and Cipla(up 0.25%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Hindalco Industries(down 2.35%), Titan Company Ltd(down 1.84%), Tata Motors(down 1.81%), Tech Mahindra(down 1.65%), Tata Steel(down 1.6%), Apollo Hospitals Enterprises(down 1.57%), Eicher Motors(down 1.46%), Coal India(down 1.43%), Mahindra & Mahindra(down 1.29%) and Maruti Suzuki(down 1.15%) were trading in the red.
