Senior lawyer Harishankar Pandey, who had filed this plea on May 23, said the court has fixed November 29 for next hearing." Pandey said: "I was upset to see that Hindu sentiments were being hurt by the namazis who were spitting and washing hands and legs in the ablution pond although the court-mandated survey in Rakhi Singh vs state of UP and others case (in which five Hindu women are seeking right to daily worship Shringar Gauri and other deities in Gyanvapi compound), was completed, the 'shivling' was found in the ablution pond of Gyanvapi mosque and the court commission report was submitted before the district judge on May 19."
"In TV shows and social media Akhilesh, Owaisi, his brother and others were making objectionable remarks on the 'shivling' which hurt sentiments of the Hindus," he said.
