Adani Foundation celebrates Children’s Day with slum kids, parents in Varanasi

Varanasi: To mark the occasion of Children’s Day, Adani Wilmer under its Fortune Suposhan Project organised various programme in the programs in the urban slums of Nadesar, Badi Maldahiya, Matakund Lallapura, Kajjakpura Jeevdhipur etc, on Tuesday.
As part of the activities, parents were taught how to make play items from the unused things of the house. Along with this, many nutrition related games were also organized with the children.
Nutrition officer Mamta Yadav also distributed fruits among the parents and the children. Nutrition companions Sabnam Bano, Yasmin Bano, Anjum Bano, Sonalika, Alisha Bano, and anganwadi workers Reshma, Sushila, Bindu Devi etc. participated. Assistant nutrition officer Sujata Yadav and Jugal Keshari were present during the programme.
