Stock market update: Fertilisers stocks down as market falls

NEW DELHI: Fertilisers stocks were trading lower on Tuesday at 10:29AM

Bohra Industries(up 10.00%), Southern Petrochemicals Industries(up 2.78%), & Fertilizers(up 1.11%), & Chemicals(up 0.67%), Agro Phos(up 0.52%), & Fertilizers(up 0.27%), ZUARIAGRO(up 0.22%) and Coromandel International(up 0.01%) were among the top gainers.

Sikko Industries(down 4.98%), National Fertilizer(down 4.00%), Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chem(down 1.75%), & Petrochemicals(down 1.30%), Fertilizers & Chemicals Tranvancore(down 1.25%), Aries Agro(down 1.02%), Fertilizers (down 0.85%), & Fertilizers(down 0.78%), Rama Phosphates(down 0.75%) and Madras Fertlizers(down 0.74%) were among the top losers.

The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 28.25 points down at 18300.9, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 105.76 points at 61518.39 at around 10:29AM.

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(up 2.37%), Hero MotoCorp(up 2.09%), UltraTech Cement(up 1.67%), ICICI Bank(up 1.47%), Dr Reddys Laboratories(up 1.06%), State Bank of India(up 1.03%), Bajaj Auto(up 0.97%), Eicher Motors(up 0.96%), NTPC(up 0.85%) and Tata Motors(up 0.69%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.

On the other hand, Coal India(down 5.06%), ITC(down 1.87%), Grasim Industries(down 1.48%), Tech Mahindra(down 1.16%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries(down 1.12%), Tata Consultancy(down 0.94%), Kotak Mahindra Bank(down 0.92%), Hindalco Industries(down 0.89%), Reliance Industries(down 0.82%) and Tata Steel(down 0.78%) were trading in the red.
