Stock market update: Fertilisers stocks up as market falls

NEW DELHI: Fertilisers stocks were trading higher on Monday at 11:05AM

Bohra Industries(up 9.97%), Aries Agro(up 4.75%), Rama Phosphates(up 3.64%), Fertilizers & Chemicals Tranvancore(up 2.36%), & Fertilizers(up 1.97%), & Chemicals(up 1.61%), National Fertilizer(up 0.88%), Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers(up 0.74%), Coromandel International(up 0.68%) and Southern Petrochemicals Industries(up 0.52%) were among the top gainers.

Sikko Industries(down 4.99%), & Fertilizers(down 2.41%), & Petrochemicals(down 1.40%), Agro Phos(down 1.29%), G S F C(down 1.25%), Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chem(down 1.16%), Madras Fertlizers(down 0.94%), Fertilizers (down 0.71%), ZUARIAGRO(down 0.63%) and Madhya Bharat Agro Products(down 0.01%) were among the top losers.

The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 13.4 points up at 18363.1, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 54.19 points at 61740.85 at around 11:05AM.

Hindalco Industries(up 4.46%), Tata Motors(up 3.14%), Apollo Hospitals Enterprises(up 2.7%), Grasim Industries(up 1.4%), Tata Steel(up 1.35%), Kotak Mahindra Bank(up 1.33%), Britannia Industries(up 1.16%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone(up 1.08%), Infosys(up 1.01%) and UPL Ltd(up 0.9%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.

On the other hand, Dr Reddys Laboratories(down 4.15%), Power Grid Corporation of India(down 1.45%), ICICI Bank(down 1.27%), Bharti Airtel(down 0.94%), Hindustan Unilever(down 0.84%), ITC(down 0.8%), Nestle India(down 0.64%), State Bank of India(down 0.52%), Titan Company Ltd(down 0.5%) and TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS(down 0.49%) were trading in the red.
