Coimbatore: Happy Streets will not be conducted at Saibaba Colony on Sunday due to incessant rainfall.
A joint initiative by the Times of India with Coimbatore corporation, Coimbatore city police, and Coimbatore smart city, the event was scheduled at Saibaba Colony after completing five fun-filled weeks at RS Puram that attracted a sea of people every Sunday. Happy Streets will resume from November 20, as planned, at Saibaba Colony. The stretch from NSR Road (Raja Annamalai Road) to Bharathi Park 7th Cross Road will be free from traffic for three hours from 6am for denizens to gather and have fun with friends and family.
