Hyderabad: Snatchers get away with 3 tola gold jewellery

HYDERABAD: Chain snatchers struck at Hilltop Colony in Irrum Manzil on Thursday and escaped with three tola gold chain of a 28-year-old housewife, V Neeraja.
While Neeraja along with her mother-in-law, V Varnakumari, and sister-in-law, Sandhya, were waiting for a cab, an unknown person wearing black shirt came on a blue Pulsar bike and snatched away Neeraja's three tola gold mangalsutra.
The offender, who wore a helmet, pushed away Sandhya who tried to stop him. Neeraja suffered an injury on her neck during the assault.
Punjagutta police has registered a case and launched a manhunt in order to nab the offender. TNN
