GURUGRAM: The Mahendergarh police have installed 43 high-resolution CCTV cameras worth Rs 21 lakh across the city to curb
crime.
The cameras have been funded by local businessmen as a part of their corporate social responsibility (CSR). According to a senior police official, they are arranging more funds so that every dark area is covered. “We have installed 43 CCTV cameras at 13 crucial places. A fund of Rs 21 lakh has been arranged by the businessmen under CSR activities,” said additional superintendent of police (ASP) Mahendergarh, Siddhant Jain.
