26-year-old man stabbed to death

Mysuru: A youth has been stabbed to death in Mellahalli village in Mysuru taluk. The assailants, who stabbed him, are on the run.
Manoj, 26, of Mellahalli, in Varuna police limits, was attacked and killed by a gang of youths from the same village over personal enmity. The deceased was on his way home when the attackers intercepted him and stabbed him late on Wednesday. Manoj died on the spot, police said.
BN Nandini, additional superintendent of police, Mysuru, said that an investigation has been launched to trace and arrest the accused in the murder case.
