Share market update: Most active stocks on D-Street today in terms of volume

NEW DELHI: PNB(number of shares traded: 6.05 crore), Union Bank India(number of shares traded: 4.61 crore), Rail Vikas Nigam(number of shares traded: 3.67 crore), Zomato Ltd.(number of shares traded: 3.64 crore), YES Bank(number of shares traded: 3.56 crore), Suzlon Energy(number of shares traded: 3.43 crore), IDBI Bank(number of shares traded: 3.29 crore), South Indian Bnk(number of shares traded: 2.98 crore), Vodafone Idea(number of shares traded: 2.76 crore) and Bank of Baroda(number of shares traded: 2.64 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 11:10AM in Wednesday's session.

The NSE Nifty index was trading 18.55 points down at 18184.25, while BSE Sensex was down 60.11 points at 61125.04 at the time of writing this report.

In the Nifty index, & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(up 3.61 per cent), .(up 3.35 per cent), .(up 1.57 per cent), .(up 1.56 per cent) and .(up 1.46 per cent) were among the top gainers.

While .(down 4.56 per cent), Divi's Laboratories Ltd.(down 3.87 per cent), .(down 2.87 per cent), .(down 1.88 per cent) and .(down 1.42 per cent) were among the top losers in the index.
