Sunny Leone photo found on Karnataka teacher eligibility test hall ticket, probe launched

SHIVAMOGGA: The education department lodged a police complaint after a downloaded hall ticket of Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) 2022 was found with a half-nude photo of actor Sunny Leone.
Shivamogga cybercrime police have launched a probe. Shivamogga SP Mithun Kumar GK told TOI that the exam centre's in charge Channappa and education department authorities have filed a complaint at CEN police station. "We will investigate the case thoroughly," he said.
The matter came to light when a girl student from Koppa attended the exam on Sunday at HS Rudrappa National College here. According to the authorities, she had downloaded her hall ticket at a cyber cafe.

After noticing Sunny's photo on her hall ticket, the girl stuck her photo on the ticket and went to the exam centre.
However, the invigilator red-flagged the hall ticket after finding a mismatch with the one given to the exam centre.
Police suspect uploading of the wrong photo might have happened either at the cyber cafe or at the education department. "Investigation will reveal the truth," the SP said.
