Germany to block Chinese takeover of semiconductor firm ERS Electronic - Handelsblatt

BERLIN : The German government will block a prospective Chinese takeover of the German semiconductor firm ERS Electronic, the Handelsblatt newspaper said on Wednesday, citing government sources.
