iStock alongside its quarterly results on Wednesday announced a special dividend of Rs 850 per share for FY2023.
"We would wish to inform that at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held today on November 9, 2022, the board have inter-alia declared an Interim (Special) Dividend of Rs 850/- per equity share of face value Rs 10/- each, for the financial year 2022-23," said the company in a filing.
Also, the company has fixed the record date for the purpose as November 22, while the dividend payment date is given as on or before December 9, 2022.
The MNC stock has been an underperformer with a negative return of 14% in the last one year.
Post the results and dividend announcement, the stock ended higher by around 5% at Rs 23,484 per share.
