MUMBAI: Taximen' Union have asked the Mumbai police to not to fine rear seat passengers, who are not wearing seat belts, till December 31.
The union's general secretary AL Quadros has said that the seat belts are not available in the market and they have requested the car manufacturers to supply this safety accessory at the earliest.
