Court rejects Abhishek Jha’s bail petition

Ranchi: The special PMLA court on Saturday rejected the anticipatory bail petition of Abhishek Jha, the husband of suspended IAS officer Pooja Singhal.
Jha had sought the bail on legal and humanitarian grounds.
Notably, Jha is an accused in MNREGA scam and money laundering case being investigated by the Enforcement Directorate.
