Varanasi: A case was filed against BJP MP from Azamgarh and Bhojpuri film star Dinesh Lala Yadav, popularly known as Nirahua, in the MP-MLA court of additional chief judicial magistrateV Ujjwal Upadhyaya on Thursday, for allegedly dividing the Yadav fraternity through his speech.
The complaint was lodged by one Sunil Yadav of Chhitauna village in Chaubeypur area.
Sunil’s lawyer Om Prakash Yadav said the court ordered to file it as a miscellaneous case and fixed November 4 as the next date for hearing. He said his client Sunil, in his application, has mentioned that while addressing a gathering in Chandauli on October 25, the BJP MP made disputed and indecent statements on “real Yadavs and fake Yadavs” in a bid to divide the fraternity.
