Careers GenNext: Is a 12 hour per day, 4 day work-week possible in India?
In the UK, a recent 4 day work week pilot involving 70+ companies showed some interesting results. Over 78% of the leaders found the transition good or seamless and only 2% found it challenging. This is feedback, not just from the employees who would benefit from this, but also from employers. Pilots are running in other countries as well. Do we see this happening anytime in India soon?
