NEW DELHI: FMCG stocks were trading lower on Thursday at 10:55AM

Varun Beverages(up 5.46%), Heritage Foods(up 1.68%), Zydus Wellness(up 1.36%), Tasty Bite Eatables(up 0.99%), Bajaj Consumer(up 0.86%), Hatsun Agro Product Ltd(up 0.82%), Marico(up 0.64%), Britannia Industries(up 0.58%), DFM Foods(up 0.50%) and Gillette India(up 0.40%) were among the top gainers.

Future Consumer(down 2.86%), Dangee Dums(down 2.81%), Nakoda Group(down 1.55%), Emami(down 1.26%), Vadilal Industries(down 1.22%), P & G Hygiene(down 0.96%), Umang Dairies(down 0.75%), Dabur India(down 0.70%), Colgate Palmolive(India)(down 0.64%) and Hindustan Foods(down 0.48%) were among the top losers.

The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 1.55 points down at 18081.3, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 4.76 points at 60901.33 at around 10:55AM.

Bajaj Auto(up 1.72%), Bharti Airtel(up 1.38%), Cipla(up 1.14%), Axis Bank(up 1.1%), Titan Company Ltd(up 0.9%), Tata Steel(up 0.84%), UPL Ltd(up 0.7%), Bajaj Finserv(up 0.65%), ITC(up 0.62%) and Britannia Industries(up 0.58%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.

On the other hand, Tech Mahindra(down 1.94%), Hindalco Industries(down 1.47%), Mahindra & Mahindra(down 0.89%), NTPC(down 0.88%), Tata Motors(down 0.86%), Divis Laboratories(down 0.82%), Tata Consultancy(down 0.76%), UltraTech Cement(down 0.74%), Infosys(down 0.72%) and HDFC(down 0.47%) were trading in the red.
