Shares of PSU defence stock Mazagon Dock rallied 7% to new 52-week high price of Rs 778 per share on Thursday. In the last two days, the stock has climbed 22% from Monday's closing price of Rs 638 apiece.

The company's board is scheduled to meet for its quarterly results and interim dividend announcement on November 10, 2022. The record date for the interim dividend, if declared, shall be November 22, the company filing said.

“Further in pursuance of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administrative) Rules, 2014, it is informed that Tuesday, November 22, 2022, will be the record date for reckoning eligibility of shareholders for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23, if any, declared by the Board of Directors in its meeting scheduled to be held on November 10, 2022,” said the company in its latest filing to the exchanges.
