NIA offers reward for info on accused in Nettaru case
Mangaluru: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has announced cash rewards for those sharing information on four suspects, who were involved in the murder of BJP worker Praveen Nettaru, at Bellare in Dakshina Kannada.
As per the posters released, the NIA, which is investigating the case has announced Rs 5 lakh each for any information on Mahmmad Musthafa S alias Musthafa Paichar from Sullia and Thufail MH from Madikeri in Kodagu district. The investigating agency has also announced Rs 2 lakh each for information on Ummar Farook MR alias Ummar from Kallumutlu house and Abubakkar Siddik alias Painter Siddik alias Gujri Siddiq from Bellare.
NIA stated that all four are Popular Front of India (PFI) members and are wanted in the case related to the murder of Nettaru. Whoever provides any information leading to the arrest of the above-mentioned accused persons shall be rewarded and identity of the informer will be kept a secret.
