2 criminals arrested

Kanpur: Police have arrested two criminals hiding in Palam village of Delhi after carrying out the incidents of loot in the city. The two used to carry out the loot incidents from the scooty of their female friend. Both have confessed to committing four incidents of loot. The police have recovered a scooty parked outside the Gwaltoli house of a female friend, two chains of loot and cash have been recovered from the latter. The breakthrough came after a police outpost in-charge Kamlesh Rai acting on a tip-off reached Palam village in Delhi on the morning of October 31 and interrogated two youths living on the second floor of a house. Later, they confessed to committing several robberies in the City (Kanpur). The police identified the duo as Aditya Sonkar and Ayush Sonkar, residents of Taj Nagar, Hanumant Vihar.
