State export council to hold int’l handicraft expo in Jodhpur

Jaipur: Recently formed Rajasthan Exports Promotion Council has decided to hold its first ever international trade expo in March next year to promote handicrafts, jewellery and other products where the state enjoys reputation globally.
Addressing the members of the council, REPC chairman Rajiv Arora said that the handicraft expo will give the artisans and the industry to promote teir products before the global and domestic buyers. The exhibition will be held from March 11-13, 2023.
ACS industries Veenu Gupta, who was present in the meeting, said that organizing an international exhibition in Jodhpur was a budget proposal and it will be implemented with the handicraft expo. The meeting also drew out plans to increase its member from various segments of the industry which are into exports. tnn
