Uttar Pradesh: German woman celebrates Chhath puja in Gorakhpur

GORAKHPUR: Among the Indian devotees at the ghats, a German woman also celebrated Chhath puja with her husband by offering arghya to the rising sun at Suryakund Dham on Monday.
One Shubham Agarwal of Gorakhpur married a Victoria with both Hindu and German tradition. The family has been living in Switzerland for the last 12 years.
"This is my first Chhath puja. am happy that I am celebrating it with my husband," Victoria said.
