British Airways flight with Queen Camila on board suffers bird hit, lands at Heathrow safely
The UK Queen consort Camilla is learnt to have spent about 10 days at Soukhya, a wellness centre close to Whitefield
NEW DELHI: A British Airways Bengaluru-London flight this Friday (Oct 28) with Queen Camila on board suffered a bird strike.
The Boeing 777 (G-YMMJ) operating as BA 118, which is learnt to have suffered a bird hit on approach to London Heathrow, landed safely. The aircraft landed with a dented and blood-splattered nose. Comments from BA have been sought and are awaited.
The UK Queen consort Camilla is learnt to have spent about 10 days at Soukhya, a wellness centre close to Whitefield, undergoing holistic therapies. She has been visiting the centre since 2010 and undergoes therapies under the supervision of Soukhya chairman Dr Issac Mathai.
