Gujarat: 5 vehicles crash into each other near Bharuch, two people die

VADODARA: Three persons died in two different road accidents in Bharuch district on Saturday morning. The victims in both the accidents were travelling in cars on the highway.
The first accident took place early in the morning near Nabipur. Five vehicles — a container carrier, three buses and a car — were involved in the incident. The car was crushed between two buses.
Two persons travelling in the car — Harshad Machhi and Ashok Machhi — died in the accident. Two others, Bhavesh Machhi and Shailesh Machhi, were injured. The deceased were residents of Bharuch.
The second accident took place later near Narmada Crossroads when a car collided with a truck on the highway. Five persons travelling in the car were injured. The injured were rushed to a hospital where one of them died later.
