City logs 2 Covid, 20 dengue cases

Ludhiana: The city reported two Covid cases and no death on Saturday, taking the number of active cases to 15. Till Saturday, 1,13,599 Covid cases had been reported in Ludhiana, of which 15,297 cases were from outside the city.
The civil surgeon said that till now, 1,10,566 Covid patients have recovered, accounting for 97.33% of the total cases.
On Saturday, 1,148 samples were taken.
A total of 1,026 tests were done through RTPCR whereas 119 were done through Rapid Antigen Test and 3 through Trunat.
Also, 20 dengue cases were reported in the city on Saturday, of which 10 were from outside the city. With this, there are 359 cases so far and 353 are from other places. Till Saturday, there were 2,167 dengue cases in Ludhiana.
