Patients hail Telangana govt's free medicine intiative at Golconda Area Hospital

Telangana government provides free medicines to all the patients at the Golconda Area Hospital. The people are grateful for this welfare scheme. Mohammad Afsar from Narsingi said, "We get free medicines at the government hospital. My child was diagnosed with Typhoid. They did tests and also gave medicine. I thank MLA Kausar Moinuddin and the Telangana Government." Srinivas Reddy, Pharmacist of Golconda Area Hospital said, "I have been working here for the past 5 years. We are able to provide good and free medicines to all patients. We get around 1,200 to 1,300 patients every day. We have all the medicines for children and adults including antibiotics and syrups. We receive regular supplies from the depot. We thank the Telangana Government, Chief Minister KCR and Health Minister Harish Rao for this." Pooja from Janwada said, "We get good treatment and all medicines for free here at Golconda Hospital. I thank Chief Minister KCR.î Another person Sana Begum said, ìI have been taking diabetes medicine from Golconda Hospital for a year. They provide good quality medicines. I thank Chief Minister KCR."
